Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, and Teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Oversee and manage material deliveries, ensuring thorough inspection for quantity and quality, in alignment with contract specifications.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Assist in the formulation and revision of project timelines.
  • Coordinate and schedule the submission of shop drawings and other necessary documents.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date record of submissions, approvals, and resubmissions, including a comprehensive file of transmittal letters and transaction dates.
  • Engage actively in the operations of our cost management system and analyze construction expenditures.
  • Contribute to monthly revenue forecasting and cost accruals.
  • Gather all required data to prepare monthly payment estimates.
  • Process and evaluate change orders and requests for information as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Adhere to OHLA USA's policies and procedures, including safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with construction methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).

  • Team Player: Capable of taking direction and collaborating within a team setting.
