Job Title: Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team at ServiceMaster DSI. As a key member of our disaster restoration team, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing residential and commercial rebuild projects.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of construction professionals to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on construction experience, with a focus on disaster restoration.
  • 2 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and project delivery.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
