**Talent Acquisition Specialist

**WHAT YOU NEED**:

- Bachelor’s degree in in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience required.
- Two or more years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment process.
- Experience with applicant tracking software and with recruiting tools.
- Strong time management and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, work with distractions, and manage work pressures/deadlines.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and research skills and excellent attention to detail. Ability to work with sensitive materials and maintain confidentiality.

**SALARY DETAILS**:
$62,272 - $72,216 annually based on relevant prior work experience, with the potential of earning up to $77,770 after employment in this position at Oakland Schools.

Exempt Position / 12-month work year
