The Talent Acquisition Recruiter plays a crucial role as a "Clorox Talent Magnet" by supporting assigned functions in a variety of ways:

  • Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment plans for experienced hire talent aligned with Clorox and functional business goals.
  • Achieving hiring objectives through screening resumes, conducting interviews, and guiding hiring managers through the offer process.
  • Serving as a proponent of TA tools, technology, and networking to connect people to opportunities at Clorox.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruiting process by managing searches against a timeline and focusing on meeting benchmarks and metrics.
  • Act as a creative consultant in the Talent Acquisition process by building consultative relationships with functions and hiring managers to identify talent solutions.
  • Meet or exceed all Talent Acquisition Service Level Agreement metrics and Recruiter Scorecard metrics.
  • Use Applicant Tracking System to ensure compliance in all Talent Acquisition processes and maintain timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Leadership to develop and execute recruitment strategies.
  • Partner with Employee Resource Groups to attract diverse talent to Clorox.
  • Build proactive sourcing pipelines for hard-to-fill roles or locations.
  • Utilize networking skills to establish strong partnerships with external organizations or associations to attract talent.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Talent Acquisition processes through innovation.

Requirements:

  • Workday proficiency.
  • Key Skills, Abilities, And Experience Required:
    • Bachelor's Degree.
    • 4-6 years of recruitment experience (corporate or agency).
    • 2-3 years of general HR experience (certifications a plus).
  • Required Skills and Abilities:
    • Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition, including conducting different types of interviews and facilitating selection processes.
    • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Candidate Management Systems.
    • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, job boards, and social media.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong decision-making and leadership abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
