**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral. Experience in conveying complicated research concepts in lay terms in both English and Spanish. (required)

- Ability to speak, read, and write Spanish proficiently to administer 60-minute assessment interviews. (required)
- Ability to learn and follow research study protocols. (required)
- Ability to understand ethical research issues and to maintain confidentiality of all information related to study participants. (required)
- Skill in keeping accurate records and managing detailed procedures, including petty cash handling experience for participant incentives and equipment management. (required)
