**Job Overview**:
As a Bilingual Metro by T-Mobile Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding the best wireless solutions that meet their needs, while also promoting the features and benefits of Metro by T-Mobile products and services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Customer Service**: Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend suitable Metro by T-Mobile products and plans. Strive to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest Metro by T-Mobile products, services, and promotions. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of features and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- **Customer Education**: Educate customers on device functionalities, service plans, and payment options. Guide them through the activation process and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- **Problem Resolution**: Effectively address and resolve customer issues or concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Assist in maintaining an organized and visually appealing store layout. Ensure that product displays are enticing, and promotional materials are up-to-date.
- **Operational Tasks**: Complete administrative tasks such as processing customer transactions, handling inventory, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- **Event and Business to Business prospecting**: Leave flyers at local businesses, local neighborhoods, and work pop up tent events as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bilingual in Spanish with the ability to understand and speak in Spanish fluently.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications or retail industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of wireless technology and mobile devices.
- Customer-focused with a positive and energetic attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
