R1FS is a new company founded in 2019, experiencing hyper growth in a strong industry. Our main service offering is Annual Fire & Life Safety Dryer Vent Cleanings + Inspections for apartment complexes. We also offer gutter cleaning and chimney inspections/sweeps. We’ve developed patented maintenance cleaning equipment that gives us a unmeasurable advantage. We are a technology driven company, always striving to improve. Job Summary: Sales Development Rep (SDR)
We’re looking for a driven individual for our Hybrid Sales position who will be responsible for cultivating leads and closing deals. This Hybrid role will include working closely with our Director of Sales, customers & in field personnel. Handling clerical duties, coordinating calendars, & organizing meetings.
In order to be successful in this position you should be persistent with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must be okay with denial from time to time.
What success would look like in this role is limitless upside. No commission cap.
On the job training will be provided.
Traveling for Trade Shows is required. Much of this position will include traveling to trade shows and territories.
This is currently a work from home position. Hours you should be available for work are M-F 9am -6pm
Job Responsibilities
- Quoting properties for service.
- Door to door walk ins to meet community managers / service managers.
- Scheduling luncheons or meetings with properties and decision makers
- Trade Show & Working territory travel (~ 3 months a year)
- Communicating with customer to reschedule reoccurring annual service.
- Customer retention outreach and events & relationship building
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to better understand their business objectives and needs.
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, service logs and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Coordinating with in field personnel before & after job completion if needed for additional repairs or quotes.
- Performing various logístical task when needed.
**Requirements**:
2+ year of sales experience
High school diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in business, sales experience, or a related field.
Multifamily experience is a plus.
Compensation
Sales Development Rep Annual compensation is $40,000 draw against commission. After 9 months of employment, a $10,000 benefits package will be paid out.
**Benefits**:
2 weeks Vacation Time (need 2 week notice for vacation that last over 5 business days.) Work projects must be concurrent with no outstanding task.
Remote Position
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
