- Develops and implements curriculum.
- Supports the implementation of programs and events for all educators across the system, including degree granting, clinical, and research faculty. Ensure professional development for educational leaders across Geisinger.
- Evaluate and assess the impact of educational programs and facilitate changes as required for further development.
- Establish and administer policies and procedures within specific areas of Education.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with other educational organizations and accreditation bodies.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and reporting on the effectiveness and quality of activities.
- Participates as a member of the Education Leadership Team.
