Position Overview:
The Clinical Education Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of clinical staff through effective mentorship and training. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about improving community health outcomes and fostering a culture of collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Clinical Leadership:**
- Inspire and guide clinical staff by providing innovative solutions and mentorship to enhance their technical skills and understanding of integrated care.
- Collaborate with other Clinician Educators to promote cross-training opportunities and broaden service lines.
2. **Training and Development:**
- Work closely with the Training and Professional Development Manager to design and implement training programs that reflect best practices in behavioral health.
- Obtain relevant certifications to enhance training effectiveness and represent the organization in community outreach efforts.
3. **Clinical Supervision:**
- Maintain a manageable caseload while serving as a clinical supervisor, ensuring adherence to standards of care and documentation practices.
- Provide guidance on complex cases and facilitate appropriate referrals to additional services as needed.

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
- Independent licensure as recognized by state boards.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
