**About the Job**

The primary function of the Logistics Specialist is to manage the outbound logistics process and audit the invoices of inbound freights to Foxconn. This includes working closely and being our eyes and ears at Foxconn to have real-time visibility on when the tractors will be ready to ship and coordinating with carriers and planning out tractor outbound, preparing the paperwork, and managing a pool of containers for a possible drop and hook operation. The person will also be responsible for auditing the invoice of inbound freight by working closely with CEVA Contracted Logistics team to understand their process and be embedded into their operation process to make sure their process is optimized and to audit the charges to ensure we are charged with correct and competitive rate.

**Job Duties**:

- Review the production plan to provide a forecast to the carrier and execute the booking process to ensure there are no delays in the outbound process.
- Share the outbound schedule with the appropriate parties the internal stakeholders up to date.
- Prepare the shipping documents and ensure the correct units are loaded.
- Engage with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, dock, and carriers to have a real-time understanding of the tractor outbound process.

**Qualifications**
- Strong work ethics and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who isn’t afraid of asking questions
- Minimum of 3 years of logistics experience
- Knowledge of shipping documents such as BOL, packing slip, and commercial invoice
- Skilled in using Outlook and Excel
