Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist I/II to join our team in the Risk Management Division. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the division, including routine and complex clerical tasks, and will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and files.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Risk Management Division, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing various clerical tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, including personnel records, financial records, and other division-specific records.
  • Assist with the coordination of division events and meetings, including scheduling, catering, and logistics.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Equivalent to two years of progressively responsible clerical support experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college-level courses in business administration, office management, or a related field highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be required to work a standard 40-hour workweek. The position may require occasional overtime, including evenings and weekends.
