**ABOUT YOU**

We are seeking a seasonedl Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. This role is critical in managing both professional and personal affairs of the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of daily administrative tasks.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Efficiently handle the CEO’s day-to-day administrative duties, including calendar management, travel arrangements (both personal and business), expense coordination, project oversight, and event support.
- Manage the CEO’s dynamic and complex schedule, organizing meetings across various time zones, and ensuring alignment between professional and personal commitments.
- Ensure CEO is prepared for meetings by compiling necessary materials, drafting detailed agendas, taking comprehensive notes, and managing action items and follow-ups.
- Oversee personal and family obligations, including managing the CEO’s residence, handling personal errands, making reservations, and coordinating family events and activities.
- Ensure CEO remains organized and on-schedule through proactive and consistent communication throughout the day.
- Compile and manage expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Serve as the project manager for various personal and business initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Assist with the planning and execution of company-wide events as needed.***

**WHERE YOU’VE BEEN**
- Prior experience working as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to a high-level executive.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Confident, enthusiastic, reliable, and honest with discretion in handling confidential information
- You are a self-starter, who naturally anticipates what needs to get done and does it.
