Job Position: Outside Sales Representative

Location: On-Site (Mesa Location)

Terms: Full Time, 40 hours/week

**Salary**: $55,000, plus Target Bonus potential of $15,000 per year

First-year Target Compensation is $70 - 75,000, including commissions, growing thereafter

The Business Development Rep will focus on new customer acquisition while maintaining and servicing an existing customer base, with the freedom to target the customers you identify. This role will be supported by a team that will provide administrative, scheduling, and accounting services to meet the needs of your customers, independent cleaning contractors and you.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive.
- Prospect, cultivate, and qualify new customer opportunities.
- Create a plan for a specific territory that will focus on sales growth.
- Work with the management team and staff to identify new opportunities.
- Develop sales goals and meet regularly to gauge personal progress against said goals and provides monthly updates on sales pipeline and new target accounts.
- Keep the company informed on competitor pricing, promotional matter, sales techniques, pricing, and market policies.
- Maintain existing customer base, looking for opportunities to further grow the relationship and creating win/win opportunities for the customer, company, and independent/sub-contractors.
- Always act as “our customer’s best service provider” thereby ensuring the organization is the customer’s first choice for service.
- Meet with customers to establish needs and drive the overall sales process.
- The position is a field-based position with regular visits to customers and work sites.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Experience and proven track record is valued over BS/BA degree, but a degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and grow a territory.
