The environment is fast-paced, friendly and very team oriented. We pride ourselves on having a 90%+ repeat customer rate. Account Managers are critical in managing long-term relationships built on a foundation of excellent service.

Account Managers are responsible for reviewing custom designs and consulting with clients to properly engineer solutions. Account Managers are responsible for writing quotes that clearly communicate the proposed scope of work.

Client relationships are built on providing accurate and timely quotes that meet the designer’s intent and fit within their budget.
Applicants will be expected to learn a variety of fabrication techniques to provide clients with the best solution possible.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts
- Provide technical sales support to customers, including product demonstrations and presentations
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Demonstrate leadership skills by effectively managing client relationships and driving revenue growth
- Collaborate with clients to engineer and quote their custom designs.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities
- Conduct warm calling and engage in sales activities to generate new business opportunities

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in consultative sales, accounting or project management
- Strong written communication skills and ability to translate ideas into concise written proposals
- highly organized and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Proficient in using Excel, Word, Outlook and CRM software
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: $62,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
