**About this role**:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Process, Risk and Controls Product Manager to support the Consumer Digital line of business and manage key frontline risk execution functions, including but not limited to key process, Risk & Controls Framework Development and Execution, Line of Business Oversight, and Risk & Reporting. This individual will lead the Consumer Digital execution of Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) refresh activities and deliverables for the Digital Onboarding Risk Assessable Unit (RAU).

**In this role, you will**:

- Lead development & execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
- Lead Process Level Risk Management identification, assessment, and maintenance of key process level risks, including compliance risks, and mitigating controls to facilitate a successful RCSA annual refresh
- Manage risk trigger events with the RAU, process, and control owners to maintain the risk & controls while providing regular status updates to the RAU owner
- Support risk execution, including responses for audits, exams, assessments, issues, and related control development
- Drive new initiatives such as control procedure documentation, and development of control monitoring metrics
- Maintain and manage the Business Process Management (BPM) inventory for Consumer Digital, including ensuring process documentation is current and updated as needed
- Partner across the digital team to ensure awareness of potential impacts to our process inventory, such as a need for a new process or updates to existing processes

**Required Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of process, risk, or control management experience (front line, second line or audit) in a financial services or enterprise banking environment

**Desired Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of process, risk, or control management experience (front line, second line or audit) in a financial services or enterprise banking environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey complex topics to audiences ranging from mid-level to executive
- Ability to effectively balance competing priorities and adjust to changing business needs
- Experience with systems and reporting tools (i.e. Excel, PPT, PowerBI, Tableau, SharePoint, etc.)
- This opportunity provides a hybrid work schedule
- Not eligible for visa sponsorship
- Base Pay Range for Bay Area is $115,900 - $206,100 USD

**Pay Range**
$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
