**Executive Director**

This position, reporting to the COO, oversees programs and services aimed at assisting homeless and at-risk adults and their families. Responsibilities include program management, supervision, relationship-building with community partners, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, there's a project-specific component involving managing the development and ongoing operations of specific housing projects, collaborating with partners, overseeing contracts/grants, and ensuring proper inventory management. The Executive Director will be responsible for leading the organization in achieving its mission and vision.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the organization in achieving its mission and vision.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive organizational growth.
- Manage and lead a team of professionals.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Oversee financial operations and budgeting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at external events.
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Requires a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Non-Profit Management, or related field.
- Minimum of four years experience in program management, staff supervision, program development, and budget management.
- Essential skills include Leadership and Conflict Management.
- Must have experience working with aduts homeless individuals, disabled individuals, and/or culturally diverse populations.
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse groups, including clients, staff, and community stakeholders.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including public speaking and representing the organization in the community.
- Demonstrated personal and financial integrity in the workplace, coupled with a strong work ethic.
