This is a full-time position with night-time hours.

**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise all activities during the night shift
- Ensure the safety and security of the premises and guests
- Monitor and respond to any emergencies or incidents that may arise
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Train and supervise staff members working during the night shift
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of nightly activities and incidents
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Assist in the preparation of reports for management

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Night Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
