Role Summary:
Anthropologie Home is looking for a Temporary Production Coordinator to support the team in system maintenance and production tasks.
Role Responsibilities:
- Shipping Report - review the weekly shipping report to ensure all POs are on time.
- TOP Tracking - ensure TOP samples are being sent on a timely basis; manage incoming TOP sample packages; gather approvals from team and send comments to vendors.
- Purchase Orders - follow up with vendors to ensure receipt of new purchase orders; manage purchase orders in Tradestone.
- Reorders - assist team with monthly reorders to ensure timely confirmation and issue of purchase orders.
- Price Tickets/Checknet - follow up on ticket issues (orders, shipping, changes, payments) with agents, vendors, Checknet or Distribution Center.
- Communicate with Transportation Department to ensure efficient movement of goods, on time delivery and customs compliance.
- Line Review
- facilitate monthly line review meeting with Compliance.
- Support daily maintenance of Tradestone system.
- As needed support for Returns task force team.
- Daily communication with overseas vendors and internal cross functional team members.
Role Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Problem solving and trouble shooting skills that allow for a proactive approach to the business
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to communicate with large groups
- Exhibits strong personal and moral character
- Prior experience in home fashion or retail preferred
