Responsible for recording daily transactions. With the ultimate goal of controlling expenses by receiving, accurately processing, verifying and reconciling vendor invoices.

**What You Will Do**:

- Process overhead invoices and approvals
- ACH/check processing
- New vendor setup
- Assist cross-functionally with utility billing
- Process and monitor utility deposit refunds and maintain deposit schedule
- Process earnest money refunds/forfeitures/transfers
- AP document maintenance and retention

**What You Will Bring**:

- A minimum of two (2) years of related experience;
- Working knowledge of Excel required
- Strong working knowledge of computer skills
- Must have the ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks and issues with tact, cooperation and persistence.
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy and organizational skills.
