Due to continuing growth, we are seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team. The AP Supervisor will play a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth of our thriving business. You will join us as a seasoned leader with a passion for building relationships and a knack for inspiring others. Your expertise in managing accounts payable, combined with your ability to foster a positive team environment, will be instrumental in ensuring our team’s continued success.

What you will do:

  • Empower and uplift the AP team by leading with clear communication, providing regular support, and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and excellence.
  • Champion efficiency and innovation in AP processes by continually refining workflows, adopting new technologies, and creating templates that make everyone’s job easier.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and team members by providing training, onboarding new clients seamlessly, and ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing.
  • Support your team’s success by handling specialty tasks like completing 1099s, managing check counts, and assisting with special postage needs to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Contribute to a vibrant office culture by coordinating events, celebrating milestones, and ensuring the office has everything it needs, from supplies to team-building activities.
  • Be a trusted partner for clients by managing contracts with care, promptly responding to inquiries, and ensuring their experience is positive and seamless.
  • Serve as a key connector between your local branch and corporate office, ensuring open communication and smooth operations that benefit everyone involved.
