**Job Functions**:

- Monitor vendor compliance documentation including vendor profiles, spend levels, risk levels, and required internal and external forms as per Illinois Gaming Board regulations.
- Maintain vendor profile files and purchasing documentation.
- Track and maintain MWBDE vendor certification cycles and activity.
- Track and maintain Certificates of Insurance cycles.
- Track and maintain BPO cycles.
- Review documents for accuracy and thoroughness following prescribed policies and procedures
- Communicate regularly with the Director of Purchasing on vendor updates.
- Maintain departmental SOP file
- Prepare and maintain reports and records as assigned.
- Maintain vendor price lists and product lines.
- Utilize purchasing software system to track the order process
- Work with Accounts Payable to remedy invoice discrepancies
- Perform support duties as assigned to assist Buyers, Warehouse, Receiving, and Purchasing directors.
- Participate in scheduled and special inventories as assigned.
- Conduct yourself in a professional courteous manner at all times.
- Act as an ambassador for Rivers Casino.
- All other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Very strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Ability to generate reports and summaries from raw data
- Mature judgment and strong organizational skills
- Use of analytical abilities to problem solve and anticipate departmental requirements
- Demonstrated initiative
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Red Rock Software or other procurement system experience is a plus.
- Minimum of one year clerical, audit, secretarial, purchasing or inventory control experience or comparable time in college, trade or business school
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including weekends and holidays
- Ability to be a TEAM player
- Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
