We are a successful automotive dealership looking for dynamic, energetic, career-oriented professionals who are masters of influence and love working on the telephone. You will be working in an Inbound/Outbound call center that schedules appointments for our Service Department. **No cold calling**

Qualifications:
**Qualifications and skills for the **Bilingual (Spanish)** Call Center Customer Service Representative role**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- ** Must Be Fluent In Spanish and English**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a call center/phone customer service environment
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
- ** Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends (40 hours/week)**

**Responsibilities**:
**Bilingual (Spanish) Call Center Agent Job Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Management and resolve customer complaints
- Recommend additional upcoming services
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Provide service and appointment information to customers
- Research required information using available resources
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Complete call logs and reports
- Other duties as assigned
