Call Center Customer Service Specialist

Tracking Code 757-675 Job Description This is a Monday-Friday position, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with occasional Saturday hours, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.

**Your responsibilities:**

* Efficient and effective customer service.

* Responding to customer inquiries as necessary.

* Performing account maintenance, customer research and assisting with other projects as requested by management.

* Provides personalized customer service by learning about customer needs and financial goals.

* Electronic banking support such as ATM and debit card assistance, online banking, bill payment and E-statement enrollment and maintenance.
