**As A Tech Center Support Specialist, You Will**:

- Process purchase orders to meet customer expectations.
- Provide technical support to customers, branch locations, and teammates, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries.
- Assist branches with product and vendor specifications.
- Address issues promptly to prevent disruptions to sales and customer service.
- Support departmental initiatives as needed.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to provide technical information and support new customer acquisition.
- Utilize advanced MS Excel skills for reporting and tracking purposes.
- A hardworking, team oriented, can-do attitude
- High School Diploma or GED, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proficiency in data entry.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage product and part numbers accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
