**About the Role**
At Dripos, we use lean startup methodology to develop our all-in-one solution for restaurants. Our Customer Success Associates are key to maintaining and building strong relationships with our customers. You will help create and iterate on the best success system in the industry, ensuring our customers are happy and thriving both as Dripos users and as businesses.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Manage Customer Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring they are satisfied with our services.
- **Communication Management**: Serve as the liaison between our product team and customers, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Organize and conduct frequent meetings with larger accounts and periodic meetings with other customers, involving someone from our product team for product discovery and feedback.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in weekly retrospectives to evaluate and improve the customer success process, encouraging experimentation and learning from mistakes.

Technology
At Dripos don't like putting people into buckets, you are responsible for completing features from start to finish. Our product spans multiple apps (React-Native), websites (React, Next.js), and servers (MySql, Express) with daunting and complex real-time integrations between all of our services. Despite the product complexity and feature independence, we are a tight-knit team that collaborates closely to achieve our goals.
Interview Process

1. **15-Minute Phone Screen**: Initial fit assessment on both sides.
2. **60-Minute Zoom Call**: Detailed discussion about your background and our company.
3. **Four-Hour On-Site Interview**: In-depth interviews with multiple team members to evaluate your fit with our guiding principles and your problem-solving skills.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
