Role Description

This is an internship role for a Customer Success Associate. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. You will assist with customer support, engage with customers to understand their needs and concerns, and work closely with our team to address any issues and ensure a positive customer experience. This is an on-site role located in Manhattan, NY.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer engagement and support skills
  • Ability to analyze customer data and effectively address customer needs
  • Experience in optimizing customer satisfaction and retention
  • Excellent analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in customer behavior
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of web applications fundamentals
  • Understanding of product development process using Jira
