The Administrative Assistant supports the efficient operation of the Employee Benefits Department by facilitating communication and being an active participant in the optimization of departmental processes.

**What You Will Do**
- Support client onboarding by creating all client facing documents and completing onboarding tasks across our operating systems.
- Assistance with client Stewardship Reporting.
- Maintenance, auditing and reconciliation of data within applicable systems, including Applied Epic, Hubspot, Zywave, and WebEx.
- Maintain Client swag inventory, including making Welcome Bags for new Clients as well as for Benefits Department new hires, as needed.
- Assist with fixed and variable projects within the Benefits Department.
- Assist with disseminating information, data and communications to applicable team members.
- Assist with creation and maintenance of template documents and forms (Word, Excel, Adobe, etc.).
- Maintenance of Service Team Directories within Word, Adobe, Publisher and Canva.
- Cross-trained to serve as back-up to the Operations Coordinator for departmental commission activity.
- Assist with coordination of meetings, events and associated tasks upon request.

**What You Will Need**
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 - 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably within the realm of employee benefits.
- Experience utilizing and maintaining Customer Relationship Management systems in an administrative capacity.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office 365 suite of products, Canva, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Works independently as well as in collaboration with other team members.
- Prioritizes and manages workflows to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities.
- Crafts written workflow tutorials and training documents.
- Strong aptitude in teaching office tools and procedures to others.
- Desire to self-educate when faced with new content.
