- We're currently seeking an experienced bilingual (Spanish) Administrative Assistant. This is the perfect opportunity for individuals who are organized, energetic, professional and enjoy working with multi-levels of the organization_
**SUMMARY**:The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing efficient, general administrative and clerical support to the Plant Manager and other supervisors/line managers. Areas of responsibilities include but are not limited to: office mail, inventory, employee engagement, assisting with training and new hire orientation, and administrative clerical work.
**SCHEDULE: 1st **shift, Monday-Friday, eight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs. Primary schedule will be 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, or similar.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- As the first point of contact via telephone and in-person, professional appearance and communication must be adhered to.
- Understand and follow the employee handbook.
- Use good judgment to determine when to consult with Human Resources management.
- Create, revise and review documents and spreadsheets.
- Maintain and organize schedules, appointments and meetings including confidential ones.
- Receive, read, and distribute internal staff memos.
- Purchase, organize and manage inventory of consumables, machine parts, janitorial, and office supplies.
- Organize, maintain, and update plant and office records, documents, and reports.
- Organize and maintain employee files, office documents, records, and reports.
- Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
- Create logs and database entries, updating as required.
- Ensure completion of Administrative Checklist.
- Assist with other office assignments as needed.
- Maintain a professional and pleasant office environment.
- Complete and process all required tasks.
- Maintain employee/organization confidentiality.
- Regularly perform general housekeeping duties in your work area(s).
- Adhere to all safety policies and protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Attend all department/company meetings, as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a clerical/administrative role, preferably within manufacturing
- Proficient computer knowledge, including Microsoft Suite, Google, fax, scanner, copier
- Effectively communicate orally and written with all members of the internal organization as well as external
- Detail-oriented and organized work ethic including efficient time management skills, with proven track record of completion of tasks/assignments
- Intermediate HRIS systems experience (preferably ADP)
Preferred
- Printing or Wide Format experience, preferred
- Associates Degree preferred
