- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with patience and empathy.
- Utilize computer systems to update customer information, schedule appointments, and document interactions.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is entered promptly and with high attention to detail.
- Follow communication scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude in all interactions.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
- Flexibility to work holidays and school holidays as needed.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Bilingual proficiency may be advantageous but not required.
