The Registration Representative plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences at Mon Health. This position requires a high level of customer service skills, as the representative serves as the first point of contact for patients and customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform patient registration and admission processes with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; or higher college degree
• One (1) year experience in a healthcare office or hospital setting preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred; Experience with computers and handling multi-line telephones desirable
• CPR Certification within probationary period
Physical Requirements
Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently and/or up to 10 lbs. forces constantly
