**Position**: Recruiter and Onboarding Specialist

**Department**: Operations - HR

**Reports to**: VP of Human Resources & Administration

**What You'll Do**:
**Recruiting**:

- Collaborate with management to define roles, research salaries, and draft job posts.
- Facilitate interviews with higher management and assist in the final selection process.
- Manage background checks, employment references, and prepare offer letters.
- Innovate and refine recruitment strategies to stay ahead in the industry.

**Onboarding**:

- Oversee the entire onboarding process, ensuring new hires complete electronic documentation accurately and on time.
- Verify I-9 documents and necessary education and license information.
- Ensure new employees are set up in all relevant systems and have access to necessary resources.
- Monitor employee training enrollment and compliance.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main contact for our career site and ATS system, and train new franchise locations.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive company culture through effective HR management.
- Develop and monitor project work plans, providing detailed reporting on recruitment efforts, trends, and retention.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience in recruiting and HR management, preferably in a medical office setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and understand people, ensuring a great fit for our team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience with ATS systems.
- Must live locally in the Tampa Bay area.
