This role will also ensure the company complies with all relevant laws regarding employment. The goal is to ensure the company’s staffing requirements are always met and employees have a positive onboarding experience.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Oversee all staffing needs and operations of the company
- Lead a team of Recruiters through coaching, and supporting them in reaching hiring goals
- Build business relationships and implement several projects
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulators
- Coach your team in ATS operations, data and processes; and the soft skills of talent evaluation and interviews-all to equip each team member to be successful
- Partner with our recruitment team and recruitment agencies and vendors to help improve applicant volume when needed
- Ownership of ATS, including upgrades and changes to the tool
- Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations
- Up to 20% travel to branches
- Other duties as assigned

**Experience and Qualifications**
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in recruiting; BA or BS a plus.
- 2+ years of experience managing a team within recruitment or human resources
- Experience in planning and execution of HR plans (onboarding, hiring, etc.)
- Experience presenting hiring information, opportunities for improvement, difficult messages and different projects to hiring managers and senior management
- Experience recruiting in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Goal / Results oriented - ability to set high goals and achieve results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven continuous improvement and problem-solving skill set
- Must be data/metrics focused and results-driven with the proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Change-ready with a "forward thinking radar" to anticipate opportunities and challenges and adapt and flex as necessary.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, including proven ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
- Solid knowledge of relevant legal regulators (equal employment opportunity, relocation, laws)
- Reliable with respect to confidentiality
