**The Job**:

- **Phone-Based Position**: Engage with clients over the phone, utilizing a simple 3-step process: consult, listen, and provide tailored solutions.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Inside Sales Experience**: While preferred, we welcome individuals with a drive to succeed in a dynamic sales environment.

- ** Industry Experience**: Previous experience in mortgage, real estate, debt settlement, collections, car sales, or personal finance is a plus.

**Compensation**:
