Every month you will assist in content creation, whether it be new web page creation or blog creation, to assure our clients have detailed websites that contribute to positive rankings on search engine results. Along with this, you will be asked to schedule social media posts for some of our clients on a weekly basis.

At the beginning of your time as a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be trained in some of the more technical aspects of website development and search engine optimization. This knowledge will be utilized on a weekly basis as you will be responsible for understanding SEO reports in client’s performance reviews, so you will be able to draw a course of action to assist in their digital success. The website maintenance knowledge you acquire will assist in completing some of the monthly hosting tasks needed to be accomplished for our clients on a monthly basis.

As a part of your training and ongoing continuing improvement recommendations of the system, you are required to make outreach alongside the SDR’s - a few hours a week. This outreach will mainly be through our automated call system so your personal number will not be known. All calls are tracked and recorded for quality and training purposes.

The dual functions of this position also puts you in a place to be a primary point of contact for our clients, you will field client calls when troubleshooting needs occur, or a client needs work/updates done to their existing website, SEO efforts, or advertising campaign.

This position will assist you in developing people skills along with general sales and digital marketing knowledge that will help you succeed in the industry. You will also be exposed to specific details of the services we offer, the inner workings of agency operations, how it generates its own sales, and much more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruiting and onboarding part time SDR’s
- Leading the SDR team in meeting a weekly quota of outreach calls provided as warm leads.
- Meeting with the sales team twice a week for reporting and updating.
- Proactive availability to be reached on the phone/ability to return calls at a short notice.
- Complete training to get an understanding of the Alexa Media Solutions services you will be selling.
- Scheduling social media posts across common channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Google My Business profiles.
- Content and blog writing to assist in positive SEO efforts for our clients
- General technical website maintenance tasks on a monthly basis
- Communication and troubleshooting with clients while listening to their needs
- SEO analysis and performance analysis of clients website’s to address new content writing assignments

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
