**Responsibilities**
- Desk deals negotiating with the customer to obtain the maximum gross profit and close the deal
- Hire, train, and manage a team of salespeople
- Coach salespeople on best practices for closing deals and provide guidance to improve sales performance
- Set sales goals, track progress, and manage the team to achieve and exceed quotas.
- Train staff to perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process following company standards

**Qualifications**
- Previous dealership and management experience is required
- Leadership skills with a passion for training fellow employees
- Strong closing skills to attain maximum gross profit
- Enthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Goal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating price
- Knowledge in the use of CRM, DMS, and Desking tools required
- Quality customer service, communication, computer, and essential math skills
- Clean driving record & valid driver's license
