Key Responsibilities:

The following duties are representative of the responsibilities associated with this position:

  • Respond promptly to online inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Utilize our phone system to reach out to existing customers and potential leads.
  • Accurately log all customer interaction data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Schedule sales appointments effectively.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle presentations.
  • Engage in effective negotiation practices.
  • Prepare customers for the finance manager.
  • Oversee the complete delivery process of vehicles.
  • Utilize lead management tools efficiently.
  • Demonstrate ethical conduct and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales is preferred.
  • Previous experience in an Internet Sales role within the automotive sector is advantageous.
  • Proficient in handling incoming sales calls and making outbound marketing calls.
  • Familiarity with Inventory and/or CRM systems.
  • Professional and confident phone communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to understand and follow rules, regulations, and procedures.
