Salary Range: $75,260.25-128,700

Potential salary range: $75,260.25-146,250

**Responsibilities**

As a Direct Marketing Specialist in this role you will get to:

- Create innovative programs that support State Farm agents in their retention advocacy and loyalty efforts
- Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the availability of direct marketing assets required for effective campaign team execution
- Provide completed staff work
- Work collaboratively with other areas

**Qualifications**

- Proficient in project management and driving out timelines
- Experience in coordinating outcomes across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Experience in producing completed staff work, including business recommendations, executive summaries, and project documentation
