Fat Earth, Red Antler's creative performance marketing partner, is looking for a dynamic and exciting leader to manage and grow its Growth Marketing department. In this role, you'll report directly to Fat Earth's CEO and work closely with the Creative and Lifecycle Marketing teams.

As Fat Earth's Director of Growth, you will be responsible for managing our amazing team of Account Executives and leading the strategic vision across our portfolio of clients. We are looking for someone who can execute within at least one of their respective paid media channels and also lead the high-level, overarching digital strategy for our clients.

You will need to have expert-level experience in at least one of the following areas, and a high degree of competency across the rest of the strategies listed below. Further, you must understand how these strategies work together and the sequences in which they should be deployed when scaling direct-to-consumer and other digitally-focused brands.

- Pinterest
- TikTok
- Direct Mail
- Amazon
- SEO
- Creative and Content
- PR/Affiliate
- Influencer
- CRO and Landing Pages

**Technical Must Haves**:

- 5+ Years of Digital Marketing experience
- Direct Media Buying experience
- Data Analytics experience
- Budgeting and Forecasting experience
- Strong knowledge of multiple digital channels and how they work together (SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Shopping, Display, etcsee above)
- Experience managing multi-channel relationships

**Additional Must Haves**:

- Personnel Management experience
- Ability to build relationships with clients and peers
- Strong written and oral communication skills, specifically around presentations
- Effective time management and project management skills
- Experience building processes, collateral, and methodologies

**What You'll Do**:
You will define and direct the comprehensive growth strategies for our largest client group, get buy-in on these forward-looking strategies, and ensure our clients have everything they need to execute against these plans. You will also manage our team of Account Executives and guide them through their own strategy and execution plans.
- Define comprehensive growth strategies for our clients extending beyond your channel expertise. Our clients rely on us as their proactive strategic partners. You will be required to define all channel deployment strategies and sequences.
- Manage a team of Paid Media Account Executives and Media Buyers across their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Create sales projections, forecasts, and efficiency goals and ensure that our channel teams are meeting these goals.
- Seek to understand our clients' true business objectives to provide them with the proper strategic recommendations. This will require understanding our clients' underlying motivations and needs.
- Maintain a close understanding of the health of our client relationships and take action to improve these wherever possible.
- Work with our executive leadership team to define the agency's future strategies and marketing opportunities.
- Define standards of deliverable quality for our paid media acquisition teams, including data reporting, running meetings, client relationship management, efficiency, and owned revenue targets.
- Manage the utilization of your direct reports while working closely with the executive teams to understand hiring and resource requirements.
