**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate meetings, run and maintain detailed records of meetings
- Handle office tasks such as filing, generating reports, and ordering supplies
- Providing support as needed to manager and team
- Ensure efficient office operations by implementing and maintaining procedures
- Maintain accurate records
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in office management or administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive)
- Experience with bookkeeping and Quickbooks Desktop needed
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with fostering a collaborative work environment
- Knowledge of file management systems and office equipment maintenance
- Experience in a winery is a plus
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 29 per week
