As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for helping customers find and purchase quality pre-owned vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a challenging, yet rewarding opportunity for a driven and dedicated individual to advance their career in the automotive industry.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $150,000 per year, paid biweekly. In addition, Thomas KIA of Highland provides a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement and career growth within our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet and exceed established sales goals and targets for used vehicle sales
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to establish a loyal client base
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and pricing information for all in-stock vehicles
- Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and benefits to potential customers
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales with customers to ensure a win-win agreement
- Assist with vehicle appraisals and trade-in evaluations
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales and financing
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
- Participate in sales training and development programs to continuously improve sales techniques and customer service skills

- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
- Proficient in basic computer skills and experience with CRM software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
