Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining equipment at our car wash locations. Your expertise will ensure that our customers receive a consistent and exceptional car wash experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain equipment at multiple car wash locations
  • Work closely with market leaders and site managers to ensure day-to-day maintenance and equipment management
  • Manage costs to provide a convenient and consistent car wash experience for customers
  • Train and coach Teammates to uphold our values and maintain high standards
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Organize time, work, and team to complete various responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years of maintenance experience in construction, electrical, and plumbing
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the safe use of power tools and heavy equipment
  • Forklift, welding, and electrical certification preferred but not required
  • Car wash experience preferred but not required
