An established plumbing and irrigation company with over 30 years in the industry is seeking a dispatcher to relay work orders, messages, and information to or from work crews, supervisors, and field inspectors.
Job Duties:
- Answering phones and entering service orders for customers.
- Preparing daily workloads and scheduling technicians accordingly.
- Monitoring personnel and/or equipment locations to coordinate service and maintain timelines.
- Fielding calls from customers or technicians to address questions, problems, and concerns.
- Recording and maintaining files and records including customer requests, work performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch information.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Very organized with good time management skills
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
