LAX Property Management Inc is seeking a part time or full-time position for an Administrative Assistant for its' office located near LAX/Inglewood. The Administrative Assistant will be supporting both the Principals and Property Manager in the normal day-to-day tasks, and ensuring all business operations are run smoothly.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Data entry of financial transactions into ledgers
- Prepare financial statements for review
- Support the principals with handling daily tasks as assigned
- Organize calendars
- Coordinate and prepare for staff meetings
- Assist the Property Manager as needed with the day-to-day operations and management of multiple properties including tenant relations, maintenance, leasing, and rent collections
- Utilize AppFolio to input/scan all tenant information and requests/correspondence
- Assist the Property Manager with preparing tenant rent increases, 3-day notices, and general communications as needed
- Assist the Property Manager with replying to potential tenant communications on various rental platforms
- Prepare and make bank deposits
- Maintain accurate records of property-related information, including purchase/sale contracts, reports, plans, and other misc files
- Other duties as assigned
**Required Qualifications**
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 1-3 Years of relevant work experience in Administrative Support and/or Customer Service
- Strong relationship management skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent follow-up and follow through is required
- Ability to multi-task different responsibilites and priortize deadlines
- Software experience with the MLS, Dropbox, Google Drive, & Docusign
- High attention to detail
- Valid Driver's License and insured vehicle
- Positive attitude
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Accounting/Bookkeeping
