Vaco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to support our client's Legal team in the Biopharmaceutical industry. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a critical role in drafting, proofreading, and editing contracts, tracking contracts through negotiations, and providing administrative support to the Legal team.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting and Editing Contracts: Create and review contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Contract Tracking: Monitor and track contracts throughout the negotiation, approval, and distribution process, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Legal team, including data entry, document management, and other tasks as needed.
- Contract Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract tracking spreadsheets, ensuring easy access to contract information.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience working as a contract administrator or in a related role.
- Skills: Strong experience using Microsoft Office suites, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and organizational skills.
