As a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST, you will:

- A one-year supervisory or managerial probationary period may be required.
- Must successfully complete a background investigation.

**Specialized Experience** for the **GS-14**: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the **GS-13** grade level in the Federal service which has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.
- Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience and a working knowledge in ALL of the following:
- Experience in developing and reviewing a wide variety of written materials related to Financial Management, using experience with laws and regulations affecting financial management ; **AND**:

- Experience resolving issues and coordinating leadership approval of financial, staffing and contractual documents; **AND**:

- Experience working with senior officials regarding issues with high level options and recommendations.

**Specialized Experience** for the **GS-13**: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the **GS-12** grade level in the Federal service which has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.
- Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience and a working knowledge in ALL of the following:
- Experience assisting in the development of a wide variety of written materials related to Financial Management using experience with laws and regulations affecting financial management.; **AND**:

- Experience working with and advising senior officials on high level issues.

The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
