Supervisory Program Analyst

In this position, you will serve as an analyst and advisor to management on the evaluation of agency programs and resulting effectiveness issues
Typical assignments include:
Serving as an advisor to management on the evaluation of programs and resulting effectiveness issues.
Planning, organizing and carrying out annual and long-range budgeting oversight of assigned programs.
Managing a team.
Providing technical and administrative supervision to Community Disaster Loan (CDL) Program Staff, in keeping with a first level supervisory position.
Setting performance goals for staff and maintaining accountability.Establishing deliverable priorities, consulting on application of regulations in program delivery functions, ensuring consistency and continuity, identifying workloads and upcoming tasks.
Simplifying the customer experience via development of clear and dynamic guidance/instructional materials.Conducting research and analysis to assess customer experience, identifying gaps in service, and informing decisions on changes.
Supporting change management and continual improvement of the CDL Program.

All positions are subject to recall around the clock for emergency management operations, which may require irregular work hours, work at locations other than the official duty station, and may include duties other than those specified in the employee's official position description.
Travel requirements in support of emergency operations may be extensive in nature (weeks to months), with little advance notice, and may require employees to relocate to emergency sites with physically austere and operationally challenging conditions.
