Community Coordinator is an exciting position that has a direct impact on our Affiliate and Student Housing operations. Under the supervision of the Community Manager, the role will assist with developing comprehensive marketing and leasing strategies to ensure the success of meeting occupancy and retention, while also providing residents with support to help achieve customer service and community engagement goals.

The position requires an outgoing, resourceful, and enthusiastic professional capable of supporting student and affiliate residents and collaborating across the entire team. The role supports critical building operations that have a direct impact on property performance and resident satisfaction.

**Leasing & Marketing**:

- Assist with the implementation of a successful and comprehensive leasing program that will ensure the successful annual lease-up.
- Help coordinate lease renewals, change of leaseholders, early terminations, room reassignments, and roommate matching, including communication with residents and operations team.
- Operate marketing activities within the confines of the marketing budget, deviating only with prior approval.
- Assist with preparing and executing marketing plans and developing new strategies and programs designed to meet occupancy goals, including developing an annual marketing and events calendar.
