You must be dependable, honest, and enjoy landscaping. You must have experience in Arizona landscaping and be able to work in the heat.

**We are looking for crew lead asap but also drivers, laborers and climbers**
- Long term positions available.
- We work Monday-Friday 40 hour weeks, Saturday optional if desired.
- We pay weekly on Friday.

**Requirements-**
- 2 year minimum experience with references.
- Must have your own vehicle to get to the yard, company truck will transport you to the job site.
- Experience operating all equipment: trimmers, blowers, chainsaw, push mowers, riding mowers etc.
- Irrigation knowledge is a plus.
- *Climbing experience is a plus.

Can start immediately

Pay starts based on experience and will be monitored the first couple of months for pay increases.

Typically starting pay is $18-25 with steady raises once you have proven your abilities growth pattern and work ethics.
