The Finance Administrator plays an important role in supporting the Finance ad Business Development teams by coordinating and facilitating various activities to enhance partnerships with our clients. **Primary Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update customers’ information in RMI’s operating system
- Assist and compile requirements relevant to new customer onboarding
- Maintain company’s records with vendor credentials
- Exchange and authorize vendor agreements
- Special projects which may include pricelist clean-up and other business development needs
- Assist in scheduling and booking travel and expenses
- Administer the contract management system, ensuring all contracts are properly documented, tracked and renewed as needed
- Manage the signature authority program, ensuring all signatures are obtained and documented according to company policies
- Maintain database of authorized signatories and update as necessary
- Digitized and distribute invoices, checks, and other financial documents to the appropriate departments for electronic processing

**Secondary Responsibilities**:

- Create and submit invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and client agreements
- Verify the accuracy of billing information, resolving any discrepancies or errors
- Address and resolve client questions and issues relating to invoices

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a finance or administrative role

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and professionalism

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field - Degree can be substituted years of experience on a year by year basis
- Experience in Construction Customer Onboarding and Billing and Finance preferred

**Physical Requirements**:

- Prolonged sitting at desk and computer requiring the ability to operate keyboard and view computer terminal
- Repetitive motion

**Location & Hours**:

- Full-time; Standard work week Monday to Friday
- In-office Mesa, AZ location with hybrid schedule

**Reports to**:

- Corporate Controller; primary

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
- Standard 3% - 10% annual bonus program based on tenure
