We offer a variety of jobs that fall under the umbrella of Customer Service Agent. However, we currently have an immediate need for someone **part-time (4 hours minimum/ 2 to 3 days per week) **who will shine in the role of **Ready Line** **Agent.**

As a Ready Line Agent, you will be a vital member of the location’s team and act as a key Company Promoter You will showcase your vibrant and spirited personality while providing the highest level of serviceability to all customers arriving to pick up their rental.

**You will**:

- Keep the ready line area clean and presentable at all times
- Ensure all vehicles are clean and ready for customers
- Pull cars out of line that does not pass standards and send for servicing
- Perform vehicle exchanges/vehicle swaps & upgrades as requested
- Ensure all vehicles have a completed check out slip
- Assist customers with locating their car and assist with luggage when needed
- Provide assistance in moving or parking cars in throughout the facility

**Requirements**:

- Top-notch people skills
- Ability to troubleshoot with a smile
- A keen sense of urgency and desire to problem solve
- Patience and understanding throughout rental experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
